MediaPlanet Digital’s CMS manages microsites and serves content to major online newspapers around the world in real time. As their feature-set and requirements grew, we helped develop and manage their code-base and related systems. We implemented an Agile software development approach, planning sprint release cycles, while leaving room for quick additions. We developed front and back-end features, provided QA testing, web consulting, and deployed the system into a custom Amazon AWS and EC2 cloud server environment.
Since 2009, Urban Galactic has been managing IT solutions for MediaPlanet’s New York office. They needed a flexible IT team for managing their office network, server, workstations, VOIP equipment, and to provide staff troubleshooting and support. We have also provided IT services, and consulting for several of their other office locations in North America.
