Having email, calendars, and address books across different platforms was proving to be more and more unwieldy as time went on. We worked together to streamline this data into Google Apps, which drastically simplified their workflow. We migrated over all of their existing data from their older systems, and tested to insure that nothing was missing. We then provided staff training to make sure that everyone was comfortable and familiar with their new tools and workflow.
To increase features while reducing monthly costs, we upgraded the office phone system to a more robust VOIP solution. We ported over their existing phone numbers, and deployed and tested the new VOIP phones. We continue to provide support for their VOIP service, and are also responsible for deploying and maintaining office workstations and networking equipment.
